5 Things To Do in Chicago

We know you’ll only be in the Windy City for a short period of time, and most of your time will [hopefully]  be spent with us in Ballrooms E and F. However, down time is important too, and if you can carve out some free time to explore the city, we highly recommend the below:

  1. Sky Deck Chicago

Attention thrill seekers: Sky Deck Chicago, located on the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower, is a glass box ledge 1,353 feet in the air.  You can get incredible views of four states! Not too fond of heights? You can walk through museum exhibits on your way up to the 103rd floor.

  1. 360 Chicago

Enjoy 360° views from 1,000 feet above Lake Michigan and the Magnificent Mile on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Center. Another attraction for any thrill seekers, TILT, actually tilts visitors to a 30° angle over Michigan Avenue.

  1. Millennium Park

Millennium Park is a close walk from the convention center and home of the famous sculpture, “the bean” called Cloud Gate!

  1. Maggie Daley Ice Skating Ribbon

Just a short walk from the Hyatt Regency is a one-of-a-kind ice skating experience that is a multisensory activity…not just your typical circular ice rink.

  1. Magnificent Mile

This street is Chicago’s premier shopping destination, home to many luxury boutiques and leading retail stores to satisfy all of your shopping needs! It’s also near plenty of places to eat.

In addition, the Hyatt Regency is right across from the Chicago Riverwalk, which is an open pedestrian waterfront. Get your morning walk or run in down this scenic path before hitting the show floor.

P.S – Don’t forget to pre-register for our education events!

Looking forward to seeing you there!
